At Momkinz, transparency matters. Whether you’re purchasing a monthly subscription for premium visibility or running a sponsored ad campaign, we want you to clearly understand how cancellations and refunds work.
Service Types Covered
Momkinz offers two paid services:
👉 Monthly Subscriptions – Recurring plans for directory listings, profile highlights, or visibility upgrades.
👉 Sponsored Ads & Campaigns – One-time promotions such as blog features, banner ads, or social media campaigns.
Each has its own cancellation and refund rules, explained below.
Monthly Subscriptions
Billing Cycle
- Auto-renews monthly using your saved payment method.
- Continues until you cancel.
Cancellation
- Cancel anytime through your account dashboard or email info@momkinz.com.
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.
- No partial or prorated refunds for unused days.
- Refunds may be issued only in cases of duplicate charges, technical errors, or service inaccessibility caused by Momkinz.
Free Trials
- If a free trial applies, you won’t be billed until the trial ends.
- Cancel before the trial period ends to avoid charges.
Price Changes
- If subscription rates change, you’ll get 30 days’ advance notice by email.
Sponsored Ads & Campaigns
Final Sale Policy
- All ad sales are final once published.
- Because ads are digital and time-sensitive, no refunds are possible after launch.
Refunds Before Publication
- Eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if the campaign has not gone live.
- A 10% processing fee applies.
If Momkinz Cancels Your Ad
- You may choose: A full refund or a credit toward future campaigns.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Ads already published.
- Cancellations after the campaign start date.
- Ads removed for Advertising Policy violations.
- Dissatisfaction with performance (we do not guarantee clicks, conversions, or sales).
Rescheduling
- Possible if space is available.

👉 Approved refunds are processed within 10–14 business days to your original payment method.

Momkinz may update this policy at any time. We’ll notify you of major changes by email or on our website.
