Fa La La Festival - Thrive Motherhood

Come ring in the holidays with us at our 2025 Fa La La Festival at Lafayette Village in North Raleigh! This year our festival will be bigger and better. We are including a curated group of vendors to help with all of your holiday shopping, lots of free holiday activities for kids, hot cocoa, a visit from Santa and some other favorite princesses, Christmas music and more!

Join us for a fun, relaxed, and supportive space where moms, dads and moms/dads-to-be can connect with one another while enjoying coffee/tea and a little downtime. Lattes & Littles is hosted by Brenda Kea (@iambrendakea). We welcome parents to bring their little ones (if they'd like to!) to socialize, share stories, and build friendships in a warm, inviting atmosphere.

We are two doulas and mothers who have come together in partnership with wellcare and mind body baby to create a space for mamas to learn, thrive, and evolve. Together, we explore self-identity, self-care, and the selfless challenges that come with motherhood.
