Licensed Mental Health Counselor - LCMHCA
I provide therapy for individuals ages 18-50 via telehealth and on a flexible sliding scale. I primarily help people manage anxiety and depression, explore questions of identity, navigate periods of transition, and improve relationships with peers and family. As a musician myself, I enjoy working with artists. I also work with people navigating infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. I strive for my work to be inclusive and validating of all experiences and identities; I am an ally to the LGBTQ+ community.
My approach to counseling is compassionate and supportive; I believe that you are the expert on your life and that we are partners in the counseling process. I use techniques from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, feminist therapy, and existentialist therapy.
Throughout my life, I have benefited from the help of compassionate professionals. This is what motivates me as a clinician today. Please feel free to reach out if you have questions or would like to schedule a free, 15-minute consultation.
