Mackenzie Thomas os a passionate advocate for holistic health and wellness, combining her love for massage therapy and yoga to help others reconnect with themselves. With a 230-hour yoga teacher training from the Asheville Yoga Center in 2009 and a 675-hour massage therapy program at the Asheville School of Massage and Yoga in 2013, she is dedicated to creating a nurturing space for her clients.
Her yoga classes integrate vinyasa flow, breath-centered moving meditation, and restorative and yin practices, aiming to deepen self-awareness both on and off the mat. In her massage practice, she blends Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and Thai yoga stretches, customizing each session to support recovery from physical, mental, and emotional stress.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in nature with her husband and two daughters, exploring the outdoors, traveling, and making memories with family and friends. Her mission is to help clients feel comfortable, achieve their goals, and lead fuller, more vibrant lives.
