Rachel M. Dean is a Registered Dietitian, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, and passionate advocate for maternal and child health. With over 15 years of experience, she specializes in nutrition and lactation support from preconception through early childhood. She holds a Master’s in Public Health from UNC Chapel Hill and has led efforts to address health disparities, including serving as Executive Director of Queen City Cocoa B.E.A.N.S. and developing the first Pathway 2 Lactation Consultant Training Program at an HBCU. Rachel provides counseling, education, and professional training to improve family nutrition and breastfeeding success.
