Tashona is a passionate women's wellness specialist and licensed massage therapist in both North Carolina and South Carolina, with a strong focus on supporting women throughout their childbearing journeys. With certification in Peri-Natal massage, SpinningBabies Aware Practitioner , and the Body Ready Method™ Pro, Tashona offers comprehensive care to her clients, specializing in fertility, pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. She is a DONA-trained doula, certified with The Birth Well, and a YBE-certified childbirth educator. Additionally, she is a certified Placenta Encapsulation Specialist and Instructor with Women’s Choice Perinatal Services.

Drawing from her own transformative experiences as a mother of four, Tashona believes in the beauty and reverence of the pregnancy and childbirth process. She continues to deepen her knowledge and skills each year to better serve her clients. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys creating memories with her family, exploring DIY projects, gardening, and connecting with other women.
