Dr. Donna Hedgepeth, DC, DACCP, is a highly skilled chiropractor with a deep commitment to patient care, particularly in working with children and pregnant women. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from NC State University and completed a graduate certificate in Medical Technology at Duke University. Early in her career, Dr. Hedgepeth worked in hematology/oncology labs at UNC Hospitals and later in research at Glaxo-Wellcome before a personal experience with chiropractic care inspired her to change her professional path.

She attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, where she graduated as valedictorian. During her studies, she expanded her expertise through additional seminars and was selected to participate in a healthcare mission to Nepal, providing chiropractic care to underserved communities. After graduation, she returned to North Carolina to establish her independent practice in 2005.

Dr. Hedgepeth is a Diplomate of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, specializing in care for children and pregnant women, including proficiency in the Webster Technique. She maintains strong referral relationships with local OB/GYNs, pediatricians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals, supporting families through critical stages of health and development.

Outside of her practice, Dr. Hedgepeth enjoys spending time with her husband and children, walking their dog, and supporting her alma maters, NC State Wolfpack and Duke Blue Devils.
