Brittany Coker, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Raleigh, NC, with extensive experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Her therapeutic approach is informed by research in anxiety and childhood development, and she is passionate about empowering clients to lead healthier, happier lives.

Brittany specializes in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD/C-PTSD, OCD, chronic illness, and autoimmune conditions, and provides marital counseling, support for separation and divorce, and LGBTQ+ affirming care. She also works with polyamory and ENM (Ethical Non-Monogamy) relationships. Brittany has a diverse range of experience working with children, teens, adults, individuals, couples, and families.
