Ashley Harris, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a bachelor's from Meredith College and a master's in social work from NC State University. Her personal experiences of marginalization and overcoming adversity inspired her to become a therapist, focusing on mental health for diverse populations. Ashley uses a humanistic, person-centered approach, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness. She works with teens, young adults, and adults, specializing in trauma, racism, identity exploration, BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities, and women’s issues.
