Megan Rowell is a dedicated doula and massage therapist with a deep commitment to supporting individuals across all stages of life. With ten years of experience in massage therapy, Megan works with a focus on chronic pain, trauma, and subtle forms of release, showing up with curiosity and open communication. Known for creating a thoughtful, warm, and calming space, she is honored to help her clients on their journeys toward healing and embodiment.

As a birth and postpartum doula, Megan's path was inspired by her own birth experience in 2015. Trained through Doula Trainings International (DTI), Megan approaches birth as a reproductive justice issue, recognizing the importance of dismantling barriers related to race, class, and sexual orientation. As a queer-identified woman, she is passionate about supporting marginalized communities in their birthing journeys. Megan feels honored to stand alongside families during such sacred transitions, offering her presence and skills to foster better health outcomes for all.
