Chelsea Ann Gomes is a dedicated Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist (LMBT) and DONA-certified birth and postpartum doula with over 20 years of experience in supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care. With a foundation in Early Childhood Education, she began her journey into birth work in 2008, providing compassionate, non-judgmental, and personalized care to birthing families. Chelsea’s approach is centered on helping families not just survive but truly thrive through this transformative experience.

Her expertise as a massage therapist allows her to integrate a wide array of healing modalities into her practice, including shiatsu, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, Thai massage, cranio-sacral, reflexology, sports massage, myofascial release, hot stone, and Reiki, as well as aromatherapy. As a prenatal and perinatal massage therapist and an Arvigo® practitioner, she works with women’s transforming bodies, addressing specific reproductive and digestive health conditions and providing essential care for birth preparation and postpartum recovery.

With a deep love for nature and herbal medicine, Chelsea's journey began on the Pacific Coast and expanded in the Appalachian Mountains, where she immersed herself in Western Herbalism, wild harvesting, and natural medicine making. Through her wellness practice, Blossom N’ Roots, she offers her clients a nurturing and holistic approach to health, welcoming individuals and families of all backgrounds and identities.

Whether through bodywork, birth support, or herbal medicine, Chelsea provides a wide range of services to support the well-being of her clients and their growing families.
